Leadership Overview
Nairobi Grace Chapel is under the shepherding of lead Pastor Martin and Carol Mwirigi.
Pastor Martin Mwirigi who is also an author of the book titled “The Call” plays a pivotal role in guiding both the congregation and church leadership team. As the spiritual overseer, he embodies the vision, mission and values of the church, setting the tone for its direction and growth. He is responsible for casting a compelling vision of the church rooted on biblical perspective and reflective of the church vision, mission and ultimately congratulations needs, spiritual and all round. This vision serves as a guiding light and inspires members to align their efforts towards a common purpose in their walk of faith.
Pastor Martin is helped by other 6 associate pastors who together provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to the congregation through teaching, preaching, counseling and prayers. The lead pastor fosters a culture of collaboration , accountability and trust by empowering others to take up duties and delegate responsibilities.
On administrative leadership, we’re led by a deacons board and board of trustees who’s mandate is to provide direction, guidance for the church and safeguard assets of the church respectively.
